Interface Feature: Different Views for Task Status

Discussed here is the new multi-view Status page. Users can now select three different ways to see the real-time results of their current tasks, at a glance.

    • View Option: "Current Stats"
    • View Option: "Period Stats"
    • View Option: "Scheduling"

View Option: "Current Stats"

  1. The up-down status of the stream along with the time and date at which that status switched. The definition for the up-down state (and hence outages downtime) is configurable from the Profile page of your account.
  2. The averages for Connection Success Rate (CSR), Average Bitrate (ABR) and StreamQ for the entire task up to the current moment.
  3. The averages for Connect Time, Buffer Time and Rebuffer Time for the entire task up to the current moment.
  4. Uptime of the Task (in days/hours/minutes format) shows the total amount of time the task has been up since it was started. In other words, this is the same as taking the total task time and subtracting away any outages. The definition for outages (and hence downtime) is configurable from the Profile page of your account.
  5. The percent of total task time during which the stream was up. For example, if a task has been running for 10 days, and there have been 24 hours worth of outages, this number will be 90%.
  6. The total number of outages.
