This graph plots the average bit rate seen by the scanners for the hi bitrate
stream only. The stream was supposed to be 220 kbps but, as you can see,
the actual bitrate was spread quite dramatically throughout the range of
40 to 200 kbps. After the initial hour, the cumulative average (yellow line)
settled out around 120kbps.
Compare this with the next chart which is for the low bitrate stream (80k). There was almost no spread in the bitrate for that stream. |
