Frustration time is the total number of non-playing seconds during a given 60 second check. It is the sum of connection time, buffer time and rebuffer time.

In this case, connection time was low across the board (anything under 2 seconds is good). Buffer time was consistently in the 8-9 range.

Unfortunately, there was quite a bit of rebuffering. (An average of 4 seconds.) Also, the individual buffering events were quite frequent. From the 2nd to last row we can see that between 20 and 40 percent of checks had some rebuffering. That's the main cause for the lowered StreamQ.
