Comments on Section 1.1
The most significant numbers here are in the first column. Streamcheck performed 566 checks over the course of 2.5 hours. Only 16 of those checks failed to connect to the stream giving an overall connection success rate of 97.2%. That's a terrific result for an event of this size.

Looking at individual locations, we can see some interesting data. Seattle, LA, Chicago and Alexandria had no connection failures at all. Boston, Toronto, Kansas City, Baltimore and Hoboken (New Jersey) had between 1.7 and 5% failures. Ironically, the scanner closest to the event (Dallas) had the hardest time connecting (10% faliure rate). A great demonstration of how geographic proximity is no predictor of streaming performance.

A note on times: The "Duration" line at the top of the report says 7:30 to 10:00 pm. That maps to 8:30-11:00 eastern time or 5:30-8:30 pacific.
